I grew up in the 70’s and holidays always included small slices of pumpernickel bread with a big bowl of boursin cheese. Creamy, light and flavorful it was my favorite holiday food. I of course had no idea as to the cost of my favorite treat, I simply knew I loved it. Iron Boosting Chocolate Cherry Farina Bread

My iron stores clearly dropped again this week, and I needed a boost of iron in something I could consume easily with my coffee. I scanned the internet for some way to include cream of wheat into something that was not a hot bowl of cereal every day.
