I grew up in the 70’s and holidays always included small slices of pumpernickel bread with a big bowl of boursin cheese. Creamy, light and flavorful it was my favorite holiday food. My iron stores clearly dropped again this week, and I needed a boost of iron in something I could consume easily with my coffee.
